Grr

Again, it has been a while since I’ve last blogged. Why? I have no interest to do so. Might be disappointing for some, I know. Sure there are stories I could share and funnies I could post but when I get home, the last thing I think of is to spend an hour or so thinking of what to write, how to write it, etc. I just want to unwind and enjoy the rest of my day.

That being said, this blog post does have a purpose and it is not about the reason to why I don’t post anymore. This post is mainly to vent yet again on a Pet Peeve of mine: People using cell phones while a movie is playing at the theater.

Nothing gets my blood boiling as much as this for some reason. I know it’s a silly thing to get all worked up about but I just can’t help it. NO ONE is important enough to be picking up their cell phone to text or otherwise while a movie is playing. It’s clearly posted outside of a theater to please turn off your cell phone and that anyone caught using it will be removed without exception.

Are you waiting for an important call or text and are in the theater to waste some time? SIT IN THE LAST FUCKING ROW OF THE THEATER AS TO MINIMIZE THE ANNOYANCE OF A BRIGHT FUCKING SCREEN DRAWING PEOPLES ATTENTION TO YOU. Also, you could always just be polite and step out to answer the text or call. Hopefully your phone is on vibrate for this.

Checking the time on your cell phone? The movie is going to be over when it’s going to be over regardless of how many times you check to see what time it is. I’ve caught a few friends doing this even after I have mentioned to them that I dislike it when people use cell phones in theaters. They have all disappointed me greatly.

One particular friend turned his phone on in front of me just because he noticed that an hour or so into the movie, no one had used their cell phone. He got a swift kick in the balls after the movie was over for this.

I could go on and on about more specifics but that will just get me thinking about it even more so I will just end it here.

I apologize for grammar and whatever punctuation mistakes I have made.
Have a nice weekend, y’all.

Don't call it a come back.

I have wanted to blog for the past three months but I really haven't had much inspiration to do so. Not much of anything has been going on in my life that I felt was worth blogging about. I've been busy with work and school and when I do get free time, I tend to squander all of it away. I haven't felt like playing games either which is a bit weird. It's not that I don't want to play, I just make excuses not to for some reason.

I've been sitting here, in front of my laptop for 15 minutes thinking about a subject to blog about aside for my reasons whhy I haven't blogged but nothing has come to mind.

Okay, here is some random information about yours truly that happened in the last three months:

- I've insulated both of my windows since both of them leak air really bad. During January, my room was as cold as ice even with the insulation. I like it being really cold in there but I have tried to keep it warm so my Sophie kitty won't catch a cold or anything. I'll be glad when Spring finally comes and I can open up the blinds for her.

- Ever since I moved in to my new place, I never bothered to alphabetize my movie collection. I finally alphabetized it and I am glad I did. I even took out the movies that I have double dipped on (cuz I got them on Bluray).

- I fixed my Rockband guitar. I broke the whammy bar on it. A friend had one he broke as well and I asked him if I could use it for spare parts. He let me have it which was really nice of him. It was fun fixing it and looking at all the components inside the guitar.

- I have been thoroughly cleaning my place every week since I normally don't have much to do on weekends but hang out with my kitty and homework.

- I saved a bunch of money by switching to Geico. Not really, just joking on that one

- Someone crashed into my car while it was parked. Second time this has happened.

- I got to spend a good amount of time with this super adorable 2-year-old (sorry for my betrayal N.W.). Great kid. He got me thinking of starting to actively look for that special lady instead of leaving it to chance. The male version of the baby clock ticking I guess.

- Did my taxes.

- I guess I had more to share than I had originally thought. ^_^*

Until next time.

Love, Peace, and Chicken Grease.
